In Vedic (Indian) Astrology the planets are considered to be the agents of our karmas. This seeds of our past actions hide as blockages (vrittis, samskaras, vasanas) in our Astral spine. Rahu and Ketu are the nodes of the Moon that rule over the eclipses of the Sun and the Moon. The Shiva-Kali axis, as a Rahu-Ketu axis is the axis of eclipses. Eclipses are points in which the solar and lunar energy die and are reborn. So this Shiva-Kali axis is the axis of the death and rebirth forces of the galaxy, as well as bondage and liberation of all the souls reincarnating on Earth.

Rahu meanwhile indicates the forces of Maya or illusion behind the world. Yet it holds a powerful creative energy, with Shiva and the Lord of Maya. Rahu causes disturbance, fantasies and confusion, but also provides immense vision and creativity if controlled. Its energy is expansive, moving out beyond all limitation, which aids in transcendence, but for the ordinary person can push them beyond their limits, expanding ego and desire to the point where it bursts. As always opposite to each other, Rahu and Ketu energies are always connected. Both Shiva and Kali rule over and control their powerful serpentine energies.


 It is a nice and appropriate way to install a Yantra with a little ceremony onering the divine energy it represents. this usually is done with chanting the one of the affiliate Mantras while meditating with calm and receptive mind and heart on the geometry and especially the central point of Light (Bindu):

    Nell'astrologia vedica (indiana) i pianeti sono considerati gli agenti del nostro karma.   • Rahu e Ketu sono i nodi della Luna che governano le eclissi di Sole e di Luna. L'asse Shiva-Kali, come asse Rahu-Ketu, è l'asse delle eclissi. Le eclissi sono punti in cui l'energia solare e lunare muoiono e rinascono. Questo asse Shiva-Kali è quindi l'asse delle forze di morte e rinascita della galassia, nonché della schiavitù e della liberazione di tutte le anime che si reincarnano sulla Terra.
